Original rating was a one-star because the package was not delivered. Contacted Rachel in the service department and she was very helpful. She tracked the package and told me that the delivery was attempted three times and no one was there to sign for the delivery. She offered to have it delivered on Saturday at no extra charge. she informed me that the package was already on its way back so she did not know when it would be delivered. I called and talked to Rachel on Friday and the package was delivered the following Saturday.
