Shipping & Returns

Van's Gifts proudly offers free standard ground shipping and handling on all orders. Standard shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after your order is entered. Expedited service is available in most areas: $10.00 for 3-day, $15.00 for 2-day, $28.00 for Overnight or $35.00 for Saturday Delivery. Gifts shipped to AK and HI are an additional $20.00 per gift.

Gift Basket Cut Off Times

Orders received before 1:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will ship that same day or on your requested future shipping date. There are a few exceptions indicated when you are selecting a delivery date.

Orders received after 1:00 PM PST unless otherwise stated will ship the following business day.

Order Delivery Times

Orders shipped to a business address will be delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday between 9am through 8pm.

Shipping Options

Standard - Within 5 Business Days

If shipping to a Business address- Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

If shipping to a Residential Address- Monday through Friday 9am -7pm.

Three Business Day - Within 3 Business Days

Standard shipping plus an additional $10.00 per item.

Delivery to business within business hours and to residences by 7pm

Two Business Day

Standard shipping plus an additional $15.00 per item.

Delivery to business within business hours and to residences by 7pm

Standard Overnight

Standard shipping plus an additional $28.00 per item.

Standard overnight may not be available in all areas.

Saturday Delivery

Standard shipping plus an additional $35.00 per item.

Delivery by Noon to most U.S. addresses.

This delivery service may not be available in all areas.

Alaska/Hawaii

Standard shipping plus an additional $20.00 per item.

Delivery within 3 Business Days.

Many of our gift baskets contain wine. There are some states where local laws prohibit us from shipping.

AR, CO, GA, GU, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, NJ, NY, OH, OK, TN, TX and VT allow us to ship the following select wines:
Little Lakes, Cliffside, Windwhistle Grove, Cloudbanks, Briar Creek, Steeplechase, Eastpoint, Hobson, Kiarna and Talaria Vineyards

Easy Returns

You may return new, unopened gifts sold and fulfilled by Van’s Gifts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Gifts should be returned in their original product packaging. Please contact us at (800) 822-7538 for complete instructions on how to return a product to us.
