As of 12/26, this gift has not arrived its destination. Ordered 12/9 for delivery 12/17. Sad part, Van's rescheduled delivery without notifying. either by phone or email.

Van's Gifts is Totally Unreliable

I will never order from Van's Gifts again.
Due to the intended recipient's plans to travel on Saturday, December 15, I was greatly concerned about the Van's guaranteed delivery date on Friday, December 14. Before placing my I order, I called Van's Gifts and was assured of their reliability in meeting delivery dates - so I placed my order. I never heard from Van's Gifts until this post-order survey for the ordered product.
The recipient did not receive the shipment on Friday, December 14. Fortuitously, the recipient had and checked a UPS account and was able to stave off the UPS scheduled delivery for Monday, December 17. Thus, Van's Gifts missed the guaranteed date by three days and ruined a Christmas surprise.
I recommend finding a more reliable company. I can only hope the product is better than the delivery.
