Although I was pleased to have discovered the company this season, I was less than pleased with the deliveries. Packages did not arrive on the requested dates and the service did not schedule second attempts in accordance with instructions. Van's did not notify me of undeliverable package in the most timely manner. The prices are better than its competition and I will use them again. Hopefully, delivery vendor will be replaced.
