I gave 2 stars because the customer service was nice in handling my inquiries and refunded my shipping fee of 25, but I was greatly disappointed since this is my first time in ordering, I paid extra shipping to make sure that the recipient gets her gift ON THE DAY of her birthday. I felt guilty for not calling or greeting her in her birthday so that the “surprise” will be really a surprise, we’ll guess what the surprise didn’t happen. The products were meant to give as gift and the gifts arriving late doesn’t look good on the part of the customer/giver.
