WOuld have gotten a 5 star except out of all the baskets I sent, one did not go through credit card so afraid I somehow did not order right so I ordered another for that address. Two days later both payments go through the card. I emailed. NO satisfaction so I called and was informed - 5 days out- that I would need to call the recipient and tell them that although I was surprising the kids with a basket there were 2 on the way and I should have the recipient return one!! Gastly. Pity that happened because other than that everything was good

Great gift basket but terrible service

I sent a basket for Christmas to my sister and she's very happy with it. But I will not do business with this company again because of the way I was treated on the phone when I tried simply to verify the order by calling the 800 number. The person on the other end was disrespectful and sarcastic and frankly has no business dealing with the public. Should I base my decision on the phone call and not on the quality of the basket? Well, maybe not, so perhaps you should judge for yourselves
