Purchased as a gift for a doctor which we do every year. First year we tried Van’s Gifts vs our regular gift web site. Had it delivered to our home and was so disappointed when I opened the box. The large narrow box @ the back of the basket was bent and crushed. Couldn’t see the labels on the wine bottles so couldn’t tell if the Robert Mondavi Private Reserve was in there, overall, it looked as though I had paid 50%less than what we did. I was so embarrassed to give the basket and it’s the first time I’ve ever felt that way. I won’t be purchasing again.

Once again I ordered a basket for a dear friend, I paid the 3 day select and was promised it would arrive on New Year’s Eve.. it said out for delivery on the 31st and yet didn’t arrive until January 4th in afternoon. This happens quite often when it’s order with this company and their other catalog country wines. Once again gave them another chance and delivered 4 days after the selected day of arrival...
