I ordered the California Winery Gift Collection for my brother and his family. I never heard if he received it so I texted and asked. He said he received it and sent a photo. It was NOT the gift pack I ordered. In fact it was a really small item that was sent for the price I paid.
The customer service gal was awesome! She apologized, refunded my money and sent out the correct item. even expedited it so it would get to my brother by his birthday.
It is the BEST customer service I have received in YEARS! Truly! (I am sorry I did not record the agents name. She was awesome!).For this reason, I will order from Van's gifts again. They know how to treat the customer. Wish more companies followed their model.
