No personalized gift tag even though I made one

If I wasn’t present when my client received my gift, they wouldn’t have known it was from me because there was no gift tag inside like i choose when i ordered this gift. I had to call my other client and tell them the gift was from me which totally spoils the point if it. Very dissatisfied.
