I ordered two baskets. One for each of my two children. Due to a problem with UPS one basket was not delivered before my daughter had gone for the holidays. I called VAN about this and they said not to worry, they would ship another basket to her when she arrived home. The one basket that was supposed to be at my home on December 20, when she was visiting me, finally arrived on the 23rd after she had already gone. I called VAN and asked what I should do with it and they said to keep it as a gift for my troubles. Everything in the basket was top shelf and both of my children loved theirs as well. I will certainly use VAN for future gifts.
