We are a UPS preferred customer. Along with standard UPS Ground, you may also ship your package(s) 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air. All shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped 2nd Day Air.

When you provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, your gifts will be delivered promptly and you will be spared re-delivery charges. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a $12.00 handling charge in addition to all charges accrued for re-shipping each item. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes, or addresses outside the U.S.

Your gift is assembled as presented.
It is then shrink-wrapped; if there is a bow, it is then placed on top of the shrink wrap. The shipping box has fiber paper (environment friendly) placed in the box. Your gift is then packed using our exclusive Ship-Any-Weather technology ® (see below) to protect both the integrity of the gift and the products within. The box is then placed through an automatic sealing machine. The shipping label is applied and your gift is on its way.

Every Vans gift is shipped using our new standard of shipping technology, unique to the industry. Each gift ships in a box surrounded by insulated bags that form to the box ensuring that your gourmet food arrives in excellent condition regardless of weather.
